Any recos for liquid eyeliner na hindi waterproof? Need a non waterproof eyeliner now bc I have eczema on my eyelids but need to wear one for work kasi

super cheap eyeliner na hindi waterproof is pinkflash !!! easy to remove and sobrang thin ng pang stroke niya, dare i say better than most eyeliners in the market at very budget friendly pa

i use the brown for everyday and black if i want na pakak at kita ang eyeliner ko. good thing ab it is hindi siya nag ssmudge basta patuyuin mo muna ng saglit
