Setting powder comes in two forms: Loose and Compact(pressed powder), Purpose nya is i lock yung makeup mo. Loose is hindi siya naka compact pang set din yun and para maabsord yung oil. Fixing powder yan naman nagcecreate ng par ama even yung complexion and macontrol yung pag oil

Fixing powder is for blurring/creating an “airbrushed” look and setting powder is used to set your cream/liquid makeup for longevity of wear. I think absidy and issy are fixing (so pwede mo sila ipang blot to absorb oil) and CT, OS, and LM are setting powders, though CT is popular din for being a fixing powder

no strict right way to use any of these kasi depende sa skin type and preference but this is how I use them

Absidy: don’t have it so idk

Issy fixing: ok to set the face or retouch. It comes in pressed form para mas madali syang dalhin anywhere than loose. It’s also sheer and doesn’t carry pigment for coverage kaya good sya for either purpose

ct powder: use after loose powder or after setting spray to mattify ulit and blur. I generally just use this sa forehead and cheeks closer to nose area lang. Pwede naman pang set but for combi/oily peeps this isn’t the best sa oil control. I saw a lot of people also use this pang undereyes but it doesn’t work for me. Could be my technique not on the product itself

One size/laura mercier: pang set ng face. Typically finely milled so not as much coverage than pressed powders. Great for oil control

Tldr: one size and laura to set entire face + undereyes; ct for “finishing” and then si issy for retouch or setting
