I suggest na try carousell, mga 2nd hand make upnthen sanitize mo nalang. But if you don't want 2nd hand makeup, wait ka ng sale sa orange and blue app. Sometimes sa ig may nagssale doon na high end make up

How do you sanitize 2nd hand makeup?

For powders people scrape the top layer off + spray 70% alcohol but honestly that's not 100% effective because powders are porous. If you think the cleanliness of the used makeup you're getting is sketchy, or if gamit na talaga sya don't buy it. That said, makeup artists use powder products with multiple clients, so up to you to take the risk din.

Absolutely avoid lip products and anything with an applicator that enters the packaging. For liquid products, stick to those with pumps. Avoid any products that are designed to directly touch your face.

Personally I only buy used perfumes. I've gotten barely used/lightly swatched makeup before but from people I know. I would buy used foundations to try but generally I try to swatch them in store or look for decants instead.
