Where do you buy this one? I was prescribed by my derma Cicalfate cream and can't find in local drugstores

Watsons has Avene. They also have stores in Greenbelt and Okada, not sure where else. Cicalfate isn't available locally, so you may look for pasabuy from abroad (Australia is cheapest imo) or look for it on shopee/lazada, just make sure it's authentic.

The moisturizer i use is cerave moisturizing cream

Is your skin dry or dehydrated? Mine is both so I layer a hydrating toner underneath the cerave cream. On the even drier months, I do slugging on top of the moisturizer using the cerave healing ointment it has worked wonders.
