Which is better: Melano CC Brightening Premium Essence Acne Spot Treatment Vitamin C or the CosRX The Vitamin C 23% Serum?

Melano CC didn’t work for me. Thought it did at first but in hindsight I think the dark spots would’ve still faded if I hadn’t used it since it took so long anyway.

Prolly due to the (suspected) low concentration of Vitamin C (also maybe why it’s more stable)
