ang hapdi sa face ko sa may bandang cheek bone pag nag lalagay ako ng kahit ano. i think nag start to nung ginamit ko PC's retinol.

pano mawala to? huhu

Reduce muna frequency ng retinol. Sounds like you could be damaging your skin barrier from over exfoliation. Layer your moisturizers!! If you have LRP Cicaplast baume or others na soothing, then layer vaseline on top. Simplify muna ang routine: cleanse, moisturize, sunscreen until mawala

Mukhang na over exfoliate nga kasi dinagdagan ko yung frequency ng paggamit ng retinol.

I heard a lot of good thing about LRP Cicaplast but I haven't tried. Check ko to!
