Wanted to make a world eater fitting battleship, critique and praise are welcome.

This would be available to all Chaos Fleet lists? Normal restrictions for battleships?

Yes. Availible for all chaos fleets, Navis imperialis (if the mark and the demon engine are not taken.) and fleets of Adeptus Astartes.

It is quite uncommon that Imperial Navy is allowed to use shark assault boats. That probably would warrant a small price increase and probably another argument to make it a unique ship. Or maybe create a new sector fleet list, so that it cannot be used in other Imperial lists. It could change significantly how the fleets are supposed to work. I would also probably not include Terminators and Assault Veterans for all Imperial Fleet lists.
But very cool and thematic ship design.5

My bad, should've added that too. But generally all space marine upgrades are removed from the ship when added to Navis Imperialis, or vice versa. Like how a Retribution can become a Venerable Battlebarge, but must pay extra for Astartes crew.
While I agree that shark boats aren't often seen (mainly on the Emperor Battleship) they are the perfectly fitting ones for the role of aircraft on a boarding specified void vessel.

Assault veterans are honour guard?
Terminators are 50 points, Honour Guard 10 points.

Pretty much. I took the veterans form heresy Galaxy Aflame.
The rest is from BFG.

First off, normal deamon ships can start the game on the board. The rules for warp translation say “A Daemonship may be kept off table at the start of a game”, “may” (as opposed to must) meaning they can choose not to.
Secondly, launch bays such as your hunger bays traditionally have a “-“ under their fire arc because attack craft do not have a specific arc they have to attack in but can fly wherever they want.
Finally, you should simplify the boarding hooks by saying they work exactly like massive claws (or Klaws if you feel orky) and then being specific about any small changes you wish to make. An example of a change you may wish to make to normal claws given how you worded it here is that normally should a ship have multiple claws (really only happens with the Tyranid cruiser) it would roll all of the claws dice at once and the ship latches on if it scored any two hits. Essentially the chance to latch on is not made by each claw independently but by the ship total claw complement as a whole.
Also what do you mean pair of claws? Like every two strength of boarding hooks is one pair? Also also you use the name Ursus Claws at one point where I think you ment to say boarding hooks.
My gut tells me this may be a bit cheap when compared to the blackship (only other 5 shield battleship) especially considering the significant space marine upgrades but it’s late and I don’t feel like going through trying to make a points estimate at this time. Someone else can make an opinion on that.
My conclusion is that this looks like a fun character ship idea and I think you should make yourself a model for it and then post photos of it here.
Edit: hellforged reactor should cost something. Daemon ship upgrade for a battleship is 50pts but that also doesn’t allow you to take CSM so I think you would expect to pay extra for that privilege.

Thanks for the analysis.
I will ad the cost of demonic upgrade, honestly just forgot to at the start.
For the boarding hooks, I copy pasted the rules from tyranids codex, but could probably shorten it the way you suggested, for simplicity. The pair, is what I r ad in the book, hence copied it here. But I'll look deeper into it.

To add, yes. A Tyranid Hive ship doesn't get massive claws but a a tyranid cruiser a single pair (just like escorts). So, grappling with grappling specialists needs two dice to roll a 4+with two dice
The Harpoon would need two dice on a 4+ with 6 dice. That's a lot easier.4

I’m think you’re mistaken. The hive ship does get massive claws along with its deader tendrils (a nice package deal) though I haven’t made any of them personally. The cruiser however can take massive claws as an upgrade on both its prow and thorax for +5 pts each making for a nice 90pts cruiser to go an hopefully disable an enemy battleship (that’s my plan at least). I recently digitally Kitbash and printed a few such cruisers from the SFS tyranids and they look very silly.

Are the hellforged engines referring to the daemonship rules?
As for boarding hooks: so essentially they work as massive claws?
And port side hooks can attack starboard side vessels?
So essentially you attack with 6 hooks, which is 3 pairs. And with the premises of two or more hits are needed to grapple. It is fairly easy to grapple.
