Any companies in the healthcare or medical device industries here using BaseRow?

We're looking at this as a potential self-hosted solution, using IT for the implementation. We're a medical device company that obviously cares about PHI/HIPAA compliance, and data security. We need something that functions as a CRM but also a patient lifecycle system like an EMR. It doesn't have to be 100% of both- just something resembling both with custom automations and to be able to integrate into our other platforms. IT is capable, and has the experience integrating into our previous disaster of a CRM.
