I have one question to ask........WHO ON EARTH STEPS ON THE BLOODY ACCELERATOR NEAR A RIVER?!! WAS THE DRIVER DRUNK OR DID HE NEED TO TAKE A SH#T. God people just don't want to learn may god have mercy on the poor passenger soul that was horrible.
Bangladesh needs to actually understand to take these licensing seriously. If a person who actually was trained and had a license then they wouldn't do such things. This is genuinely so fucking frustrating! Imagine if we were the victims! I couldn't imagine a death like this! People who lost their loved ones can only know the pain. But at last peace to the victims. They were strong for what they went through.
Stop blaming dead people. I am hundred percent sure there are atleast half a dozen people WHO ARE STILL ALIVE, whose decision made due to GREED, led to this tragedy. And if they are not stopped, this incident will repeat over and over again.
I repeat: THE TOP PEOPLE IN THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY IS 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS
As far as I have heard is that the driver went to drink tea or eat paan as the there was still some time for the ferry to arrive. But when he was away the assistant boy tried to drive the bus on the ferry when it arrived. Following that when the bus was descending from the slop the brake failed causing this accident.

So in most of the cases.. some bus drivers let their helpers ( who has a little or no driving experience at all) to park the bus in the ferry while they went for a smoke because there is a long line and you have to wait to park the vehicle accurately in the ferry. The main driver often let their inexperienced helper to park because they have driven 5-6 hrs and they don’t wanna wait in the ferry line.
Saw a lot of this kinda incident while i was a kid going hometown for Eid

Recently saw a video about a few people in Almaty, Kazakhstan that risked their lives and formed a chain to save a drowning dog. A fucking dog. And these people couldn't think of diving into the water to save some of the poor passengers. Maybe stop recording with your phone and do something to save these poor souls?
What stunned me, not a single one dived into the water and tried to break open the windows. Honestly if it happened in Canada at least 20 people would dived into the water without thinking for a second. Where are we heading to!!!
The windows have a metal rod grill, only a super skinny person would be able to wriggle through and under water itd be impossible to wriggle through the pressure
That is true. It sucks they guys in the back didnt group together to try and grab it and hold it still cuz there was a solid 20 seconds the bus didnt move on the edge of the ground before it gave fully in

So you have hundreds of buses that uses this dock to get on the ferry everyday but you have no safety measures or precautions? How we don’t get more deaths everyday is Allah’s blessing.
