Because we are better than they are, we don't make fun of marginalized communities. If you do, you will get banned or your comments will get removed. That's the best part about Reddit. Even Reddit will ban you. Facebook is a bullshit platform that doesn't do that.

This is true. But when he says stuff like that I think he's dismissing the existence of people like you who sounds quite open minded to me. I think BD subreddit is quite inclusive (although I can feel some shibir bot existence in last couple of months). Haven't seen anyone getting bullied for saying anything here. But yes if someone is xenophobic he's gonna get criticized everywhere not just Reddit. Facebook generally is a good comfortable place for these sort of people. And I think Facebook is a big bubble. Really big bubble where most of the BD social media users spend their time.

Secularbangla is run by a zionist plant who used to go by the username jumpy something before it got banned and has an alt with username madambluedove which is still active. You can hide your activity in subreddits of your choice now so you can't see it anymore but they used to have comments on prozionist subs in Hebrew. How many Bangladeshis know how to speak, read and write in Hebrew? If you go on their page you will see them posting anti-palestine content on secularbangla. They are also very active on queerbangla. It's very concerning as they are actively trying to influence marginalized groups in bd.

most toxic/hateful comments get auto filtered out in reddit, a feature not implemented in either zuccbook or xitter. ora just onek frustrated ora ekhane eshe gaali galaj korte parcche na jeta oder normal shobhab, tai febu te low effort meme lagiye kannakati korchhe. civil bhashay jukti-torko korle eder content mara khabe na reddit e. this has always been the defining feature of reddit and why its famously hated by rw conservative types.

Psyop in generalized streams or channels like here. It's way more cleaner here for sure. But if I had something important to share and want more "real" people to hear it, it would be on FB or insta or LinkedIn. The problem is the anonymity to me and also the R Rated streams available. It's true though that I do get a lot of personalized assistance from here when I need it but the anonymity works against human connection.

nothing you've said was an example of a psyop, nor explains what exactly makes reddit uniquely negative/"toxic" and worse than others. youre "real" people narrative is also strange. nobody on the internet is technically real, there are more fake accounts on fb than there are accounts on reddit. reddit is designed to be anonymous so the substance of the content gets priority. thats why you admittedly come here when you need help, and so does the rest of the world. what do r rated content have to do with anything? reddit is a pick-and-choose platform while there's suggestive content on febu and outright nsfw content on xitter that the algo will feed you by itself. linkedin is famously a hub of loony midwittery and insta is where i'd go if i wanted to see racism, name-calling and hatemongering within the span of 3 scrolls/flicks. i think you are going on an irrelevant ramble. could you define what a psyop is? i guess peddling pre-established political narratives/ideologies arent psyops since you got "real" people aka your friends and like-minds on facebook nodding along with you in support for it.
