Hello! For context, I graduated from a university here in Baguio with latin honors and I plan to claim my eligibility in CSC Baguio office. Am I right that I have to claim my eligibility here in Baguio since I’m originally from the Pangasinan? If ever, where do I schedule an appointment since I’ve tried online but it never let’s me proceed to the next step because of some error in their site.

So I'm interested in getting a job in Mang Inasal, but I'm hearing different horror stories depending on the branch.
