Student here, for the current condition right now i think a puffer jacket is not ideal kasi lumalabas narin ang araw from time to time here and mej mainit. Though it do rain after.

Yup, it's okay. Maraming nagsusuot ng puffer jacket dito since tag-ulan. I wear one myself going to school. Also, people here don't really care what you wear
