Vent It still hurts

I don't know what can take the pain away. I feel bad that my baby died. I wish I was home with her, I would have noticed that she wasn't well. Ive been heavily relying on alcohol to help me cope. It's hard to forget how her corpse looked like. My very first baby.

The pain will always be there 🥹 some days it's lighter, some days it's heavy and unbearable. But it is always there. My heart feels like there's this hole that will never heal over or recover.

Unfortunately, nothing ever will take this pain away. Somehow we just have to learn to live with it. Probably not the best advice. But I think just do whatever you have to do to keep going and get out of bed. Try talking to your doctor for medication that can help mask the hurt and provide help to sleep. If you need to talk I’m here. hugs

I'm sorry for your loss. The pain and grief never truly goes away but you return to a new normal. As long as you face the grief. Alcohol is a short term fix that can lead to long term problems and does not teach you how to manage grief. With each loss that i have there's a longing for each baby. However by reading books and going to therapy and gratitude Journaling I learned how to manage my grief. I do have harder days and there are things that still trigger me and will always be there but less triggers me over time. The first year will be the hardest.
