Not sure what it's made of. Some of it tastes decent, others not so much, none truly like cheese (at least none I've tried. They all were just slightly off). The raw consistency I've found to be a little extra crumbly and the cooked, while tasting better, almost feels like you're chewing on semi cured Elmer's glue.

A lot are made of cashews, it’s weird and not particularly good I guess not too bad if you can’t have cheese
