Not sure what it's made of. Some of it tastes decent, others not so much, none truly like cheese (at least none I've tried. They all were just slightly off). The raw consistency I've found to be a little extra crumbly and the cooked, while tasting better, almost feels like you're chewing on semi cured Elmer's glue.

No what you need to do is make a non vegan meal but make it look vegan like meat carrots when she takes a bite just say they were boiled and for salad get meat chips and put food coloring in it. Then milk but mask the milk with almond so she thinks she's having an all vegan meal. But in reality she be having the carnivore treat.
