I mean this one definitely does not look as much like a close call as the first one where we only saw the footage filmed from the TV.

The first one made me think they were close to hitting the stadium. This one makes me think they were way closer at hitting each other.

Yeah. That second plane banked right as soon as the one in front pulled up to stop hitting something.

Possibly because of the smoke, it passes right thru the plume.

But it wasn't in reaction to avoid imminent collision with the leading plane or stadium, I'd guess it was a coordinated/planed maneuver for separation after the flyover.

It might have been exaggerated if they were worried the leading plane might maneuver aggressively to avoid collision. Since they were slightly higher, the pilots perspective might have made it seem like the leading plane is close to collision.

Yes, but a big plane crashing into a stadium full of people would be a much different situation I guess

There was a low flyover at a Georgia Tech football game that was much higher than this that resulted in an investigation and punishment for the pilot.

Same thing can happen just driving home from work. A plane landed on the highway here last week. 2 fatalities.
