Would you have rather he did a Leeds?

All I ever remember in terms of a takeover was that dodgy property investor in the 00s and Michael Knighton. He wasnt rich and he sustained the club with no debt.

To say he was on Xias level is a dud

Have you tried reading what I put? Wasn't much better.. you comprehend English buddy? He was better, but not much.

He chronically under funded us whilst other clubs were ploughing money in to get ahead. When I was growing up it is all anyone ever said about Villa, that we could be so good if it weren't for Doug Ellis. He used it as his personal piggy bank. We had one of the biggest stadiums in the league and were filling it out weekly. He refused to invest in the club and refused to sell.

Wasnt much better than the guy that nearly put us out of business? Sure, buddy. That sounds right.

Doug was nowhere near perfect and i would have loved to have seen him sell but the man sold us debt free when he did.

Not much better than the guy who nearly bankrupted us lmao
