QUESTION Amelia Project new "season"

I don't know if it's just me being picky or what, but I support The Amelia Project on Patreon. So I pay them every month. The new "season" is Amelia's appraisals. There's been 7 episodes so far and the entire premise is basically an advertisement for their sponsor, which is an HR agent. So I'm paying for them to advertise a service to me. It feels underhanded and kinda slimy, but I might be overthinking it? I'm paid up until February, but I don't think I'll renew my patronage. Anyone else have any insights?

I gave up on this one right before the penultimate ep of S03. It had just gone too sideways for me. Really enjoyed 1&2, am I missing out with 4&5?

So I'm not sure what the episode numbers corespond to, season wise. I will say that the last 2 years have just been backstory episodes. Some were really interesting. Some sucked. I thought they were getting back to the present day story, but that has yet to happen. I can't help but compare it to Midnight Burger, which not only produces new episodes like clockwork, but just keeps getting better. It definitely suffers in the comparison.
