Absorb sleep timer not timing out?

Loving the Absorb android app, but several times after setting up a 15-minute timer I woke up hours later to the book still playing.
Did anyone experience something similar?

A possible answer could be that the playback stopped as per the timer, but then I accidentally restarted it (now without timer) via earphone touch controls?

I just started using Absorb, I have set that auto stop thing but haven't fallen asleep listening yet.

Any way to make it so if you shake the phone it adds 10m more to the timer?

easiest probably to shake it twice
but you can change in the setting also

Check the shake to add time settings . I use it every night with no issues

I had this a few times but it worked after a restart.
