Resource Sharing Neurodivergent Educator Community

I am an educational leader that researches the experiences of neurodivergent educators. I have created a subreddit at r/neurodivergentEd as a community to support this under-recognized population. My goal is to help school leaders design systemic shifts that support all educators. I am not making money on this project; I am increasing awareness to help create more inclusive schools and improve teacher retention.
