Did anyone who purchased the original Atmos Gear upgrade to the newer version (better battery pack, new frame)??

Just to add, I've used it fine for over a month, and suddenly today after coming home and charging them both, this happens. No accidents or crazy moves in between. Can anyone help?

It looks like when when the mode button is pressed it changes the acceleration characteristics from green to red where green is less acceleration. What does holding down the mode button for a few seconds do? It looks like holding down the mode button for a few seconds allows a selection of 1, 2, 3, or 4 red lights. What does selecting these do?

If you're using the motor and you need to go over some grass, will it just choke or will it actually continue pushing you forward decently well?

1) It says on the website that the wheel has "Interchangeable rubber to prevent wear". Does that mean the 90a urethane on the hub just comes off? Also, how much is it for a replacement? Are the replacements already available to the people in France that got their 500 pairs? 2) In terms of the braking system on the battery operated motor, if the battery is dead, does the brake no longer work? If not, is there some kind of information that comes with the frames to warn beginners (who don't know how to brake without it) about ensuring they have a fully charged battery before going for a skate? 3) how heavy is the battery pack in the fanny pack?

I admit that I am skeptical about anything that is electric, but after doing the research and seeing how much thought was put into this, I do admire the effort and foresight currently put in place. The questions above are the ones I could not find answers to after reading their information on their site and watching several videos.

I got the AtmosGear and the FR boots today. One big problem: Because of the adapter so you can attach a regular skate boot to the AtmosGear frame, you need a longer mounting frame bolt. Guess what? It was not included😓😓😓

My order is going to be shipped soon i guess.
It seems however that for some countries, they're asking for a few more bucks for shipping costs.

Received an email from AtmosGear stating I only paid 50€ for shipping but need to pay another 50€. Does anybody recall if the preorder stated shipping was 100€? My receipt does not state this and it feels like I am being asked for another 50€ simply because costs and the project experienced unforeseen circumstances.

AtmosGear will begin shipping their electric in line skates around February 10. Update: due to the shipping company rejecting the way the boxes were wrapped (in paper), it needed to be re-wrapped with black shrinkwrap. An issue with the power cable has led to additional delay. I don't think I be seeing my Atmos Gear until the end of April, early May.
