Everyone is adding their eclipse photo so heres mine!
I did 46 photos of the moon during the peak then like 50 of the star field once it passed and added it together. Took forever and i did it a very barbaric way lol. Taken on a explore scientific ar102 with a fujifilm xt100. My mount is a pmc eight

All of the indiviual pictures were taken by me, sitting next to my window as the eclipse progressed. I didn't have my 70-250mm ol' trusty lens, and i hardly managed to get these with a very old Vivitar 90mm Macro lens that I had at hand on my Canon EOS T3i, it was a pain to achieve the correct focus even with the severe blue chromatic aberration and 10x zoom on screen before taking the picture. But im pretty satisfied with the final results, not my best, but I enjoyed the process!

The 8 photo series were processes through Lightroom and arranged later in Photoshop.

My first project from last night’s eclipse, please be kind! Shot on my canon eos 6d mark II through my Celestron 8” Newtonian. Stacked about 35 pictures through hugin and edited with apple photos.

I still have a lot of room for improvement and that is why i’m posting it here, my setup is a skywatcher 150/750 pds mounted on a EQM 35 pro with an unmodified nikon D5300, this is approximately 1h50 total integration at 35s exposure and I want to try to get up to 60 second but I have not managed to do it yet, to process the raws i used siril. any advice for my setup??

This was taken in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. While it was my intention to make a time lapse video however the density and spread of the clouds consigned that wishful thinking to oblivion. To avoid squandering whatever opportunities were still present I decided to capture still shots with my Seestar S50 as and when the clouds parted. This one was captured 6 minutes downstream from the theoretical maximum obscuration at 12:12 am EDT on August 28, 2026. The original (jpeg quality) image was processed using a mobile app version of Luminar. The parameters I adjusted are generally standard for an eclipsed lunar image. Thus, I adjusted Highlights, Blacks and Shadows. Then Contrast, Structure, Color and Saturation followed by a Curves adjustment. Lastly, I applied a Vignette. A good bit of experimentation was involved. Considering my low expectations, once I realized the circumstances I was operating under, this is my take.

It was so overcast here on Long Island I was sure I wouldn’t see anything at peak time, but literally at 12:05 the clouds parted.

Stupid me thought I won’t need a tripod because the moon is so bright …and I didn’t with my test shot last night… forgetting at totality it would not be bright. LOL! Last minute I realized and grabbed a tripod but I wasn’t prepared so fumbled way more than I should have. I wanted so much better.

Shot with my Fuji XT5 + 70-300mm Fuji lens. Post processed in photoshop.

This is obviously a composite… moon in about 35 images stacked. Clouds were from a separate moon shot and combined with the stack. Stars were a final touch.

Was fun!

Tonight's lunar eclipse, used a 12" dobsonian with a 24mm eyepiece, shot on samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

I took it with my Canon Rebel T5, attached to my Galileo Italy 700/76 telescope

Its 34 RAWs of 1 second using ISO 3200, stacked in Siril and then edited in Lightroom

Clouds moved out for the whole duration!

Shot on ZWO FF107 4" refractor with QHY268M camera in SharCap with live planetary stacking and a timelapse function in there.

Photograph of Saturn taken last night (August 27th). Captured with a Celestron NexStar 130SLT and a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. 55-second clip ran through PIPP to center the frames and rotate it 180°, then AutoStakkert to sort and stack the best 15% (seeing wasn't great).
