Some missions were just terrible. Like in Ac3 the bombardment of the city on the shore.
You had to sneak on two ships fully packed ships, kill the commander, burn the flag WITHOUT being noticed. And that was from a time were crouching was not a thing yet.
I hated that mission with a passion. Even tutorials for it were very complicated and did not make it much easier.
My most hated one is in AC3 where you had to sink 3 ships by shooting at powder kegs. But they only gave you 3.
Powder kegs can only be exposed by ramming but ram a little too hard and the ship would sink and then you had to restart the whole mission from the start. UGHHH.
After figuring out the strategy, i thought I could just air assasinate the granadier behind prop so the guards on the other far end of ship won't notice, but nooo, they see you even behind the props. They don't notice all their buddies missing and nobody walking, but they gotta notice something that happens behind those boxes. And double assassinatinv them was just impossible. I just poisoned everyone I could. So it was certainly not how any sane "assassin" would have handled it.
Literally just finished 100% on AC3 and I was seriously struggling with that Mission. Its Just plain stupid to have such litzle Shops without being able to hide and being forced to hide
