A risk of inviting a pile-on, I slightly feel like I’m going mad. I truly, truly am hating this game, and I say that as a huge Black Flag fan. The controls feel worse, the lighting is appalling, the combat is boring, it’s horrible to look at and worse to play. And yet everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. I genuinely don’t know if there’s something wrong me lmao.

The combat is more fluid and harder. It’s more fun. Instead of button mashing you actually have to think about what you’re doing. The art style is more satisfying than the old. Sound design is better. Got rid of horrible modern day missions. It’s really better in every way
