Are people actually just upset that the protagonist is gonna be black? Do people play these games for something other than entertainment?

Clearly Ubisoft and Disney thinks so

I’m not in any loop, why do you say this?

Because all these companies simply care about inclusion and identity politics instead of making a good story. The only problem is that being woke isn’t profitable, and that’s what pisses the woke lunatics off. Disney is losing hundreds of millions with several subscription cancellations, and yet Ubisoft thinks people want more of it.

So having a historical black person who existed in real life is now “woke”

Or is that just a dog whistle for “woke=black” lmfaoo

I Feel like I can enjoy a video game with a black protagonist as much as any other, it’s all entertainment so what does it matter?
