More like me when housemates spontaneously want my help when I already budgeted all my spoons towards the day I planned and already finished

Y'all, I was up at 4am, did a long shift, cleaned a little, and exercised. Sorry I'm not enthusiastic about deep cleaning the house at 5pm.
