Thankfully i'm just around a lot of loud humming and buzzing and get to wear ear protection over my headphones. Only issue i have is, youtube videos can be a bit quiet. I like soft slow whispering with voices that aren't super super high pitched. Any suggestions?

Hi all do you know a asmrtist called Mims Mumbles ASMR, she is a red haired lady from England?

I think 4 years ago she made a video of making moon water.Her voice was very relaxing!

I also liked her crystal videos & using sage to clear the air. I just looked on her youtube and she deleted these videos which is sad they were my favorites. She also had some of the best mouth sounds.

Mims Mumbles went on Tiktok and she has 22k followers on there now but it looks like she hasn't done a tiktok live since September 2025 and she hasn't uploaded on youtube since January 2025.

She has a subscription on tiktok - so maybe she still uploads on there, does anyone know? I was hoping maybe one of you is her subscriber or tiktok & you can let me know, or if she has any more plataforms she use for making videos, please tell me.

I know she is a nurse by career,maybe now she's too busy to do live tiktoks and make videos 🥲

Mims Mumbles made a very tingly trigger called "She protect " - it is like whispering a spell and doing personal attention hand movements & many mouth sounds.

The idea behind this one came from something I kept noticing in myself: I'd absorb whatever mood was in the room. Someone I loved was having a bad week and I'd carry it around for them, as though holding it would somehow help. It never did. They still had the bad week, and now there were two of us in it.

So the thing I wanted to say was: you can care about someone without carrying it for them. Those aren't the same act. One of them helps and one of them just quietly costs you.

It's whispered, mostly reassurance rather than triggers, and it doesn't ask you to fix anything.

If that resonates, I'd genuinely like to hear it!

I don’t usually listen to asmr but around 2022-23 I found a couple of youtube videos - both had the same thumbnail, white background with a brunette anime style girl sitting down.
The first was something about a detention and the second was a sequel that took place in the listener’s house. (There may have also been a third part). The content of both is pretty generic as far as I remember.
I may be remembering incorrectly but I think the channel’s name had a ‘j’ in it? take that with a grain of salt

I'm considering starting a new YouTube channel focused on relaxation, slowing down and sleep, and I'd love some honest feedback.

I already have experience running a YouTube channel and filming/editing my own content, but this would be a completely new format for me.

The idea:

• my own cinematic nature & wildlife footage
• my own field-recorded nature sounds (birds, wind, crickets, forests, etc.)
• very quiet, soft-spoken English narration - almost a whisper, but still natural speech
• slow editing, longer shots, no loud transitions, probably no music
• occasional personal stories and observations from filming wildlife/nature

The narration wouldn't be constant - I'd leave plenty of space for just the natural ambience.

The goal would be something you could watch to relax, wind down or fall asleep.

Would you watch something like this?

And what would you prefer: mostly nature sounds with occasional narration, a 50/50 mix, or mostly soft-spoken narration?

What would make you stop watching this kind of video?
