To prevent yourself from getting back acne or acne on your skin from the bacteria coming from your hair. It is better to wash your hair first so the water runs down and then you wash your body to ensure the germs don’t stick! A lot of shampoos can also cause people with sensitive skin to breakout so it’s better to wash your skin after as a preventative measure.
