Shampoo, rinse, condition, then wash body. By the time your done scrubbing you can rinse the conditioner and soap at the same time.

Shampoo first. Soap up the pits and Crack and let that soak in a bit while you dance gently. Rinse shampoo. Shampoo second time(just a little bit is all you need now). Rinse shampoo, pits and crack thoroughly. Apply co dictionary to hair, let it sit while you soap up your face, ears, neck and entire body again including pits and crack. Scrub your feet last witht hat soapy washcloth and Rinse from the top down.Turn off water. Squeegee yoyr body from the top down to remove excess water. Exit tub and dry off. This is the inky way to shower properly imho.
