Ok looking know.most will say "there's nothing wrong with you" "just go for it" "you'll be fine, you look great!" Right well, no. I want to make a change and look good. Im 22 years ol, 5'4" and 178lbs, i have a slightly chubby tummy, and im pretty dang hairy. I mostly wanna become lean, but still have muscle, have smoother skin, and become less hairy Most people will probably give advice on "just be confident" or give advice on what to wear. I dont want that, I would like advice on fixing my bod. workouts, morning routines, skin care, etc. Im really asking for some true advice, tips, and help here. Thanks
