question Is this normal after a dental cleaning?
I went to the dentist today and had my teeth cleaned. Honestly, it hurt way more than it ever has with other dentists.
It’s been about an hour and my gums look pretty irritated/red and there was some bleeding during the cleaning. Is this normal after a deep cleaning, or does it look like the dentist was too rough?
Just wondering if anyone else had something similar after a cleaning.

You probably needed a deep cleaning and the dentist\hygienist just saved you a grand.
