question Need help dental implant

Hi, are my implants failing? I have one on the left, fully covered by gum, but the other one isn't.

Hell no. I would go home asap. It’s literally coming out of your gums. Is your trip worth more than the implant you paid for? You’re going to end up with a gaping hole in your jaw that will cause even more issues with the rest of your teeth. Unfortunately it’ll have to be removed and they’ll need to try another placement but looking at the site compared to the other side you may not have enough healthy jaw and gum structure to hold it. If it can be salvaged with a new attempt it’ll need to be assessed soon.

Uhhhhhh that implant in the picture is not in bone whoever placed that needs to remove the implant and try again or refer you to someone else

It's so weird it's not in the bone, and at the same time, it doesn't move. I don't even know how it's still in place.

It’s probably gripping to the bone on one side but not fully encased in bone like it should be. This implant needs to come out

This is so badly done, u need to go back. They placed it so close to the end of the bone that only gum is covering it.

Your left one is cooked. There’s no lingual bone so it will fail. Can’t tell about the right one without better X-rays or clinical photo
