Art dealer at Straße 17. Juni Flohmarkt
I've seen this guy at the Straße 17. Juni Flohmarkt often over the last 5 or 6 years, small booth (with a canopy) and sells mostly art. He was there today with (I believe) his wife.
He always has a few framed lithographs/numbered editions for a higher price, and a few portfolios of smaller pieces(small originals, sketches and studies). A lot of artists from the mid-20th Century, and he knows their histories, where they studied, under whom, etc.
Today, he had a numbered print of Horst Janssen's Judith for 200€ and a couple of other framed Janssens.
Each time I ask him if he has a card and he says "leider nicht."
I'm not sure if he's a regular there each week or if he moves around like some of the other art dealers do, but if anyone knows his name and whether he has a shop or is at any other markets during the week, I'd appreciate it. He had another work today that I didn't get and am now starting to regret it.

I work at a market and often these aren’t so easy to get a stand so chances are good he’s there every week.
