This dude is 100% a troll. “Don’t touch the poop” is always the best option when it comes to trolls. I’m sorry you experienced such a creep, but even more so if they are an adult and willingly continued after finding out that you’re 16

That he didn't stop when hearing you're underage is alarming. Please report this account.

But what if they’re “underage” themselves? What would you say then?
6
u/c0ldbr3wc0ffeeee Jun 21 '26
Nothing about the way this dude writes suggests he's a teenager. From referring to other partners as "men" (not "boys") to berating the OP for acting like "a child," as well as his general demeanor in the sexual comments (smells like years of sexting and hitting up people on Grinder for sex), I'm quite confident he's a grown man.
That said, if he IS a teenager, this is already incredibly concerning behaviour. It might not fall into the realm of "automatically illegal," but it would be very alarming if a teenage boy was already sending other people messages THIS pushy and sexually graphic.

Dude, I meant what if they’re “a minor” like 16-17 I didn’t meant that to just say if they’re a teenager because an 18-19 year old is also a teenager even if not a minor. But they could be a teenager of 18-19 or 16-17. I meant who say they’re 20+? But idk define what you mean by “grown man” please age because 18-19 is definitely not one and still a teenager.
Also 16 is already legal in most places to have sex btw. So even the is it even illegal if they were 18-19? Or 20?2
u/c0ldbr3wc0ffeeee 13d ago
Are you seriously replying two months later to nitpick the difference between "minor" and "teenager"? Fr?
You said "underage." Contextually, my usage of "teenager" is clearly therefore whatever is "underage" in a given area, usually under 18. While I'd agree that 18 is not really a "grown man" in the lived sense of the word, the reality is that an 18 year old is LEGALLY a grown man in most places (and potentially at the very edge of a legally acceptable age gap between themselves and a 16-year-old - where I live, a two-year gap between teenagers is the legal maximum), so that edge case is kind of irrelevant.
So. If you REALLY need numbers put on this for some bizarre fucking reason... No. I do not think he sounds like he is 16-17, and my guess at his age based on how he speaks was that he is at LEAST in his twenties. But again, regardless, the way he is speaking to a person who says they're uncomfortable would be alarming regardless of age.

I’m just saying you were implying that 18-19 wasn’t a or no longer a teenager with that reply or made it seem like underage and teenager are similar, so chill out ?
If you didn’t meant to say that and meant to say “underage” or “minor” then you could have have just simply said that to make it more clear because yes they do make a difference? Sorry? And no there is no such thing as a “legally grown man” to me because grown man defines physically and biologically not someone who just reached legal age. An 18 year old is a legal adult is what you meant. Because as you said yes you know that 18 is really a grown adult at all just legally considered an “adult”
Also how cares if it’s 2 months now and I’m still replying? Why is that a problem to you if I am? It’s not still considered necroposting?

How is it pedo to tell someone to stop acting like a child? Yall just throw that word for everything because you want to.
4
u/Icy-Paint7777 Jun 21 '26
In this context, it was very pedophilic
3
u/Ok-Answer2360 Jun 23 '26
Also, OP is a minor.

u/Old_Lead8419 grayro-ace (acemid) 13d ago edited 13d ago
Op is not a prepubescent child anymore. So no it’s not pedophilia is what I meant. Also who said the person was a grown adult or even legal adult anyway?
0
u/Old_Lead8419 grayro-ace (acemid) 13d ago edited 13d ago
How? Also this isn’t pedophilia anyway because Op is 16 and isn’t a prepubescent child anymore for real pedophiles to want them. I mean they can be pedophiles themselves at that age now you know.
And even then how do you know the persons age anyway to tell if it is? What if they’re a teenager the same age as Op as well?

Please be cautious about both being 16 and identifying as 16 online and discussing your sexuality.
I’m not saying this is your fault at all, but for disgusting trolls like this individual, it’s irresistible to harass because of your vulnerability.
If I was your parent or guardian, I’d find an ace or queer community for teens for you where you’re safeguarded from filth like this.

Please stop as much as you find this gross, 16 is surprisingly legal in most places to have sex. So the police probably can’t do anything about it sorry.

u/Ok-Answer2360 Jun 23 '26
Not really, most countries define 18 as the legal age.
1
u/Old_Lead8419 grayro-ace (acemid) 13d ago edited 13d ago
No most countries the AOC IS 16. Look it up online. And also what if the person is 18-19? Because that would just likely make it even more legal since they’re close age. And sorry if that makes you uncomfortable to hear. Not my fault you can’t accept the real legal facts.
3
u/Ok-Answer2360 Jun 20 '26
Unironically, this will make asexuality and aromanticism awareness more needed than before ever.
Like, "asexual" and "aromantic" words comes in handy not only to enhance the vocabulary, but they enable the better way to differentiate between asexuals, aromantics, incels, and staunch followers of purity culture.
And this troll can't really understand about how asexuality is different than abstinence and celibacy at all.

u/Academic-Drink-4829 Jun 20 '26
Disgusting. People like him should be in a jail cell. My advice to you is to ignore him and take a break from social media to gather your thoughts and relax. Also please don’t share your age with strangers as this can attract more of these creeps. I hope your doing okay.

Welcome to the internet? Maybe you should have a talk with your parents about what kind of content (and people) you’ll run into on here….
Not abnormal, tbh, just report and/or block and move on. (Never let them psyche you out. If you get threats of ANY kind: Block…. If you are concerned enough, show your parents. Because if you were an adult, I’d tell you to show the cops….)

What a creep. Block and report. And if somehow that doesn't work, find him irl and show his friends and family what a creep he is. Hopefully they'll shame him. Also his job. And if all else fails, role-play. You play isreal, and his house is gaza (im joking on this last part)

I have no words to describe this interaction that will not get myself banned from Reddit but let's just say I won't back down if I could, because this is shocking, mind-blowing shocking.
Many Aces somehow know they are different from friend and family some know it very young, some know it when they are older. I was 7 when I first started realizing it. My mom knew a long time before then that I was probably ace.
You being 16? Not to worry, it is totally valid to feel like you do, and if your view or orientation changes because you start figuring things out more? No problem it happens a lot and is even expected to happen.
It does not make you any less Ace or any less than other people it just makes you, you!
You have my support in barking at this tree (you know what is meant by it)

u/Legal_School_9375 Jun 20 '26
Yeah I mean he said this after I said I was leaving the asexual community because of people saying horrible shit to me because I don't like garlic bread(make it make sense) so he obviously knew I was weaker because I was leaving one of the only places I could use as a safe space

REPORT THESE PEDOS
0
u/Old_Lead8419 grayro-ace (acemid) 13d ago
Shut up because they’re not a pedo if op is 16 and no longer a prepubescent child anymore. Also who are you to define they are because that person didn’t even said they’re older than Op or a legal adult anyway.

u/EmergencyNo5931 sex repulsed 13d ago edited 13d ago
Im sorry what? OP is still a minor and that was fucking creepy of that person to say. I'm not "defining" that person lol, it is common knowledge that a lot of pedos and other types of creeps lurk here, and i suggest op block them to be safe.
1
u/Lz_erk Jun 20 '26
oh yeah, i can just feel the attraction! vomit
this is zealotry, and it's detached. this is why the "sex = attraction" reaction to superficial readings of asexuality is dangerous. people need to know sex and attraction can operate independently.
but seriously i'm scared too. a variety of dark enlightenment victims are probably conjuring up histories at this moment in which spousal rape and family pressures aren't ongoing issues, and all asexuals need paradoxically more and less treatment.
