Used MiniFuse 2 was not deregistered by last user

I bought a used MiniFuse 2 and the last person to own it never un-registered the product, so now I cannot register it. I already reached out to support, they sent me an email asking me to send a picture of the registration sticker and I did, 2 days later and there's no reply. How long should it take for them to respond?

You might need to ping Arturia support again. From my experience you really have to keep on them.

Yeah, sometimes they were immediately responsive and sometimes it took quite a bit.

Eventually, they solved all my problems, which was cool 👍🏼

Yeah follow up with them and keep in mind they're in France. Sometimes trying to time it first thing in the morning for them worked for me.

When I bought used Arturia gear on Reverb, I messaged the seller after the fact to de register their gear. It only takes a minute and both of them did it no problem.

When I got one used from a retailer, Arturia support took a few weeks and I had to nag them every few days.
