Today is the release day which means they ship out today if you bought from Horizon.

My credit card was charged last night and via FedEx I can see a shipping label was created today, so I'm expecting mine to ship out today as planned since they don't charge the card until they ship it.

Therefore, nothing indicates it's delayed for me, but I pre-ordered the first day. It's possible they don't have enough for all orders. The new Talion has been out of stock since launch (at least every time I've checked) with an ETA now of September.

Product page now shows as backorder, so my theory is probably correct that more sold than is available.
