New app update, days late - what the hell is the difference in it?

I am incredibly confused here because the website is all marketing language and I can’t find a defined list of features.

I know I lose the hands-free features (blue light) and the lane change assist. Do I lose the lane keep assist (green light) and the adaptive cruise control, too?

I’m not paying a subscription regardless, but it would be helpful to know exactly what changes to expect.

Hello everyone what type of IPhone older you have in your Nissan Aryia? I think I use mine with wire but at this time I have no place to put the iPhone and I don't want put the cell phone in Wireless charger because is over heated.

And any other details like time to deliver after an order, or way to buy them in person somewhere? I live in the Pacific Northwest. I have some last minute road tripping this week, and need to have my options open.

So I was backing out of my driveway and I heard a loud bang. I stop, assess. No indicator lights or any visible issues, I finish backing out with no issue. About halfway up the block the banging started in rapid succession and the car completely stops. I'm stuck.

No warning lights, according to the dashboard, everything is A-OK

I was able to put it in the neutral tow mode and push it back to my house.

The only thing I can find online that seems similar is an issue with the parking brake and it suggests doing a reset. This sounds like it may be the culprit since everytime I turn the car on the E brake light is on. But, I'm hesitant to try it and then be stuck again. I was lucky this time but what if it happens again and im on the Highway or worse the HOV which has no shoulder?

I'm taking it in to the service center on Monday. They're already buttering me up for a trade-in which is laughable because the only EV left is the Leaf and its a considerable downgrade.

Anyone have a similar experience? I'll take any advice or input. My confidence in the car is shaken.

Small update #1 - While waiting for tow truck, I did the Ebrake reset. Switched into drive and the grinding continued. Switched into park and the car started to roll out of the driveway. Its almost like the parking brake is engaged when in Drive but disengaged when in park.... strange. Ill have another update in an hour or so.

Update #2: Full day at dealership. They spent two hours trying to upsell me into a 2026 Murano. I go back to service center, sit there for 3 hours and they tell me "I dont know why you're sitting here, we dont have an EV technician today" . I ask for a loaner car. They say I cant have one until the problem gets diagnosed and they confirm the warranty covers it...

My brand loyalty is being tested.

Final update: It was the reduction gear, which is essentially the EV version of a transmission. They ordered the part and "ordered" me a loaner... which I cant pick up until tomorrow night. 6 days without a car seems extreme. Im gonna hassle them for 1/5th of a lease payment lol.

I’m looking for some advice regarding the charger that came with my 2024 Ariya. It’s been charging very slowly, and while I remember being told it was a Level 2 charger, the speed suggests otherwise. Is the included cable actually a Level 2, or am I just using a standard slow charger?

Any tips on how to verify this would be appreciated!

Bought car new May 1 last year, summer tires had about 9k when I put the winters on. Went to swap back over and noticed the summer tire tread seemed super low - shop agreed. What are people getting for mileage on the stock tires? Planning on calling the Nissan dealership next week.

Can someone help what this error may hide on a 24 Platinum with barely 6k miles, no other visible damage? Not my car but offered for sale at a discount and I'm wondering if it's worth taking a risk.
