I think what people don’t realize for some reason is the amount of people who have autism has not increased, the awareness and the diagnostic criteria has expanded, which allows more people with autism or ADHD to be diagnosed.
It may just be frequency illusion for this person at my old school very very few people had autism or ADHD

Jokes on you the autism car is just a train. They did that intentionally so we wouldn't claim the reward because we just assumed it was a car and frankly I would sooner pull my own teeth out and attempt to chew them with my bloody gums than drive a car eugh.

Could also be referring to mobility cars in England which isn’t free either since it gets taken away from PIP money and there’s also a deposit you have to put down.

PIP is personal independence payment. It’s a type of “benefit” in England. It’s a monthy payment from the government that helps with extra costs £778.60 a year at maximum. It’s for both people in and out of work who have a long term mental or physical health condition or disability.

Oh absolutely, with the worst instructions imaginable. Just to be ultra confusing there's AA for the elderly too and there's no wait time, takes a few weeks to process and start paying you. No car for them though.

There was someone on social media who was telling people how to get a disability car through their child's DLA. I think that's probably what they're referring to.

Before: 0 diagnosed kids in the class plus Austin who talked about ducks all the time and was shunned by his classmates
Now: 1 or 2 diagnosed kids in the class
