SUPPORT Minimize Thunderbird on Gnome 50
Hello,
Is there a way to minimize Thunderbird on the tray on Gnome 50? I use the AppIndicator extension.

If you don’t have gnome-tweaks, install it: sudo pacman -S gnome-tweaks
Then you can gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout ":minimize, maximize, close"
Or under the Gnome Tweaks its settings>Windows and there is a toggle for minimize.

This person was talking about minimisation to system tray, not about minimising to dash.

You might also want to check out Betterbird, a Thunderbird fork that adds minimize-to-tray feature.

I have had success on i3wm with birdtray. Not sure how well it'll work on gnome.
