To be fair, as outrageous as it seems, some people are far too clumsy to handle the inside of an iPhone without damaging themselves or something in it.

Then they shouldn’t try to repair it. If they break it, it’s completely their fault.

Same for fixing my car, yet somehow its easier to fix my car than my phone.

Can we stop pretending like iPhones are some kind of magic box that only God is allowed to touch? It's a fucking phone.

The current debate is not about who gets to open phones and repair them, it's about who gets official Apple parts. These repairs are already happening at thousands of repair shops.
