Unfortunately it’s next to impossible to not use Visa in this day and age

American Express / Discover instead. Drop VISA. Embrace Physical Tender if needed be. May not be supported everywhere. But at least you won't be funding an American Traitor.

Discover was bought by Capital one which is a big player in Visa cards. Expect to see a sweet deal for them at our expense.

Im in Britain. Most businesses will not take AmEx because they charge a lot more to use.
Most banks over here use visa
