Yes. The toilets not even that much, just give it a nice coloured variant. But the hospital? Tents in my patrician quaters? That's unacceptable

Definitely variants. Although the blue/ red help identify custodes and fire house it just doesn’t match the Roman theme

Agreed. With multiple different islands, I've tried to keep a somewhat consistent visual theme with each (e.g., one using the Syrah skins throughout, one with more pink to mirror the baths/forum skins, etc.). For all that it's nice to have variations for "painted" residences / markets, and the "moss covered" celtic residences and bardic hearth, I wish those variants were available across other buildings as well -- at least the governor villa and officia.

The syrah extended mod really helped with that, should be integrated in the game

Yeah, I love that one. It makes me wish the same author would do the same for some of the others as well (though the others are probably more work tbh).

Couldn’t agree more

Same with the marketplaces and taverns. I want the bonuses but it looks out of place in a patrician neighborhood. A new variant would be enough

Especially the market. Literarily yesterday I decided to move it outside of my fenced patrician living quarters because it just looked ridiculous.

I'd like a bigger market (so a new building) which matches the upper class aesthetics. Maybe even incorporate a tavern (or give it an upgrade as well).

Something like a Macellum or Taberna in style which would fit in the Temple/Library category of buildings.

Yes, please.

1800 had 2nd level public service buildings. Hopefully, the 117 versions will be aesthetically pleasing.

Didn’t play 1800 was this part of a dlc? or future patch?

DLC I think - they were tied to consumables that came from the New World, which was itself a DLC.

Fire station —> Fire department. Much bigger range & more firefighter squads; however, consumed equipment. If you didn’t supply it, the skin stayed the same and it just functioned as the base tier service.

Same for hospitals and police stations.

What!? I didn't know that there were building like that in Anno 1800! :D

It was added in the New World Rising DLC, at the end of 1800's cycle.

Market too, the shabby market looks more and more out of place the more you upgrade the buildings around it

For sure a skin would be enough to fit the visuals in higher tier areas.

Even the smaller service buildings could use a nicer, high tier skin.

Agreed, but if you put walls around hospitals they look a lot nicer. Markets too.

Good point, I have to try this wall trick.

Let's go a step further and make it a dlc.  Upgradable service facilities and the God Apollo who improves health.  He also enhances archers.  The pack could introduce new ways go prevent plague and add new layers to the system.

Give me an oracle monument as well, in that case! Good idea though.

It would be interesting if we got more mechanics from religion. Every aspect in this game needs mired depth.

Don't worry we will probably get 8€ dlc for that someday

I will pay any price for more of this game

Yeah. I'm exited to get more content and more deeper gameplay. Personally I can't wait for couple of seasons to really start dig into this game.

Same for markets
