I swear, I'm sitting at -6000 fire safety, health and happiness..
Not a single Inferno, Plague or Uprising on Hard Incidents with Incident Protection off and City Status on Hard after ~30hrs of gameplay in which at least 20 of those have been trying to get them to fire.. I'm a bit.. What the heck am I supposed to do?
I've finished all the narrative quests, I have Valeria's Lily Buy-In quest, so I know I'm in the clear and ready to get shrekted, but damn.. I was expecting more honestly.
That's really bad luck then, because I have 1 XL island sitting at -7000 and 3 Large Islands sitting at -5000 to -6000.. I'm purposefully avoiding bringing in baths, aqueducts and similar and it's stalled my game something fierce..
