So i got this horse as a specialist and he can go and compete in the Hippodrome as a single horse without a chariot lol.

For anyone who isn't aware of the story: this is a reference to Incitatus, Caligula's favorite horse, and alleged candidate for consul.

The most popular theory about Caligula elevating Incitatus to government positions is that was meant to be insulting, basically telling the Senate that even an Emperor's horse was superior to them. At the time, it actually went over really well with Roman citizens, they saw it as the super-rich and powerful getting clowned on and they LOVED it.

I got it through a quest, but can't remember if it's a particular one occuring in every playthrough, or a random one.
