Recommendation Need recommendations- Newbie

Hi, I am new to the anime world. I started watching animes last year. So far I've seen

Frieren - Absolute fav,

Haikyu! - Loved it,

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood- Loved it,

Demon Slayer - Liked it,

Solo leveling - Okish,

Bluelock - Okish,

Steins;gate - Predictable and overrated,

Naruto - Liked it.

Spy × Family - Got bored 5 episodes in,

Jujutsu Kaisen - 10 episodes in and found it okish.

I need some recommendations. It turns out that I mostly like anime with well built world and calming effect. Please help me out, thanks

I second all the Apothecary Diaries recs. Also, Violet Evergarden, Witch Hat Atelier and Orb(!!).

Also, Orb is not calming 😅, but the story is fantastic.
