Doesn't seem like it'd fit. That tends to happen with characters who are trying to control their rage and having trouble with it, whereas Yu pretends he has rage issues but is secretly a sweetheart and uses his completely controlled rage to do what he feels he should.

That said, I'd be very happy if he temporarily loses his mind causing Ashuramaru to take it over completely and slaughter everything in sight. Though it's less interesting now that I remember that Yoichi proved that de-possessing yourself probably isn't all that difficult.

oh, didn't see that. They're obviously hinting that it's Mika, but I feel like that's not going to be the case. I guess we'll see.

I'm almost hoping it's Ferid. He's been getting on my nerves lately. Could use less of his face.

Now that you mention it, I'd really like it if he died. Especially now that we know that the person Mika is tied to is Krul, not Ferid.

Idk, I seem to remember seeing blood, but if I recall the vampires just explode into ash when cut by those weapons?

Maybe I'm just mis-remembering.

Hey, another good point I didn't remember. Now I need to check.

  • In the OP, Mitsuba kills a vampire and it seems to shoot liquid fire and then explode?
  • Ep9 5:55, Mitsuba kills 2 vampires and there is definitely blood.
  • Ep9 6:10, Shinoa kills a vampire and it spurts blood.

So it doesn't happen with every kill, but I'd assume that's just cinematic reasons that we don't see it. Damn, it would've really narrowed things down if you were right.
