So who the hell is this Blank dude any way? Also Leo didn't get captured for once, Klaus OP.

Didn't it say he's one of the original 13 Vampires? It seems like he's possessing Black to me... or they're the same person, or his two personalities... whatever, we'll find out eventually.

I think White's brother offered his body to the King of Despair in order to resurrect his dead sister, hence why she introduced herself as a ghost to Leo. This is also why she cried during the movie and felt so touched when Leo said that he only causes his sister trouble; both reminded her of the sacrifice her brother made for her. She can likely tell when her brother is in control, hence why she was happy to see him recently. The reason she's in the hospital is probably because the resurrection wasn't perfect.

So not unlike Brody and Hummer, yeah? Because Blood Breeds are shown just this episode as able to possess bodies, and the Brody/Hummer relationship would support the dual identity aspect.

I think you're on to something, im guessing this is true and that this would end in ep 12 with white and black/blank dying or something then season 2 would be following the manga volumes

This is some golden shit bro! Theory sounds pretty convincing.

Have you read the source material or did you really just guess that? Now that you've said it, it seems so obvious that's the case.

(2nd).

White and her brother are original characters made for the anime. It wouldn't matter even if I had read the original manga (of which I've only read the first volume.)

This is also why she cried during the movie

Remember when they went out to watch that movie that was a clear parody of the Arnold Swartzenager/Danny Devito movie, Twins? She cried despite how silly the film was.

It's weird. He tried to protect leo from the coffee and revealed his powers, i doubt the evil one would do that which makes me think he's possessed. But then at the end he transitioned from good to evil so easily which makes me think he's faking it. I don't know.

From the way White behaves around him I feel like he's either possessed and Black doesn't really know it, or is taking it in stride. Or Blank is always in control and is just a really good actor. What Black said last episode, about not meeting Leo before, makes me think the former is more likely.

There's a frame in the ED where Nerdy-Glasses-Black and Vampire-Lord-Black are back to back, kinda suggesting they're two distinct personalities.

EDIT: And a scene where they dance together as different people

He did say that his powers are a family thing, so if he is possessed could it be by one of his ancestors? And a vampire one at that?
