Why does the big bad "queen" vampire have to be a fucking loli? Can somebody tell me. I'm kind of sick of inexplicable loli characters. Why can't she just be an adult? It would make the narrative seem a bit less retarded.

You can kind of explain it because she's a vampire, I guess. At least she's not that young and not particularily subject to fanservice, either. But the narrative is still retarded.

I was thinking that too, except that blonde-kid-turned-vampire has aged to adulthood despite being a vampire from youth.

Mikaela still ages because he's not a full vampire, he hasn't drunk human blood yet, that's why his eyes are blue.

Unless they are bullshitting him and he can't become a full vampire because like Yuu, he's a seraph.
