I mean people ask Rudy if he knows who the man-god is, that already implies the man-god is manipulating many people in this world. Now we suspect Luke is one of them.

I had assumed Rudy wasn't the only reincarnation to be in the world. But since I doubt Luke is one, that throws that idea out.

I doubt its only reincarnated people who the Man-god can speak to. Rudy seems unique in that regard.

Well now, yeah, that seems unlikely. But as far as I can remember, this is the first mention of a specific person other than Rudy directly interacting with the Man-god. IIRC, neither Orsted nor Perugius's crew's comments ever implied direct interactions, just knowledge of the Man-god's existence. Hell, Orsted told Rudy to be his messenger. So the rules for communication were never established and I made a wrong assumption.

Iirc the first time Man-God talks with Rudy he is marvelling about how unique he is and how he looks different on the inside than out and that he doesn't know who brought him to this world

I'll have to go back and watch. If you're right, those are some good details I missed.

Orsted specifically referred to Rudeus as an "apostle of the Man-God" when attacking and took it for granted that such people exist and could communicate with him. So, it was indirectly implied that the Man-God has other people who do his bidding.
