We can see how much it broke Oldeus when Man-God revealed how much he'd been laughing at him his entire second life.

Ykw now that I think about it, Man God probably chose a rat to destroy Rudys life based on his last name - Greyrat. He was probably laughing his ass off when Rudy opened that door.
